Terms of Service

1. The service
PubSheets is software for music publishers to manage catalogs, contacts, pitching, and related workflows. By creating an account or using pubsheets.com you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the organization you represent.
2. Your content
Everything your organization uploads or enters (songs, recordings, lyrics, splits, contacts, notes) remains yours. You grant us only the license needed to host, process, and display it back to your team and to the recipients you deliberately share it with (for example, a listening link). You are responsible for having the rights to the material you upload.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use PubSheets to send spam, infringe rights, or attempt to access other organizations’ data. Email sending features may only be used for legitimate business correspondence to people you have a relationship with.
4. Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly per organization through Stripe and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice.
5. Third-party services
Optional integrations (Google sign-in, Gmail sending, Google Calendar, Spotify data) are governed by those providers’ own terms. Disconnecting them in Settings stops our access immediately.
6. Availability and data
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranty. We back up data continuously; you can export your catalog and contacts at any time from within the app.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
